Scrum Master - Swedish speaking

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and support one or more Scrum teams for an established client based in Malmo, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices to improve maturity and performance.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming and ensuring a clear and actionable product backlog.
• Foster collaboration and self-organization among team members.
• Track team metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint burndown) to support continuous improvement.

Required Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of the Agile Way of Working and the Scrum framework.
• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams in Agile adoption.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster team collaboration.
• Ability to handle conflict, foster transparency, and drive team accountability.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
• Experience working with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Fluent in Swedish
