We are looking for a Python Developer to work on a project for one of our key clients. This is a fully remote B2B contract (providing you live/work in the EU)


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain backend services in Python (primarily - FastAPI)
  • Work on async processing pipelines and queue-based systems
  • Integrate with third-party APIs and services
  • Contribute to legacy systems while supporting new architecture
  • Collaborate with platform engineers, architects, and external partners
  • Participate in CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), code reviews, and releases
  • Balance long-term platform objectives with quick delivery requirements


Tech stack

  • Languages & Frameworks: Python (FastAPI preferred, Flask acceptable), Rust (for async/queue systems)
  • Databases: PostgreSQL
  • Dev Practices: TDD, Python typing systems, Git (rebase, MRs, pipelines)
  • Infrastructure: Kubernetes, RabbitMQ/SQS, GitLab CI/CD
  • Bonus: Experience working in complex, legacy codebases
