Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a passionate Junior Full-stack Developers to join Deloitte's Consulting practice, where you will deliver state-of-the-art software solutions for our clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with C# and .NET (Core or Framework)
  • Familiarity with Entity Framework (code-first, basic migrations)
  • Able to work with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
  • Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, unit testing, and best practices (SOLID, Clean code).
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
  • EU work permit

Additional skills:

  • Good understanding of multithreading (async/await, Task)
  • Awareness of software design patterns (e.g., Repository, Singleton, Factory)
  • Understanding of Dependency Injection fundamentals
  • Good Web API development (CRUD operations)
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit)

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with WinForms
  • Experience with DDD / CQRS
  • Cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
  • Basic knowledge of Angular (components, services, HTTP) and REST API integration
  • SignalR

Your future role

  • Designing, building backend applications
  • Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and bugs and proposing solutions to these problems.
  • Keeping high code quality Working closely with other engineers to integrate backend systems

Selection process

  • Stage 1 - Send your CV in word or pdf format in English.
  • Stage 2 - Complete a Coding and English online test. (1 hour).
  • Stage 3 - Join an HR screening (20-30 minutes)
  • Stage 4 - Attend a Hiring Manager interview (online, 60 minutes).
  • Stage 5 - Welcome on board!
