Senior QA Automation Engineer – Hybrid – Krakow, Poland - Competitive Salary

We're working with a rapidly scaling product technology team behind one of the most ambitious sports betting and iGaming platforms in the U.S. market. With a proprietary platform built from the ground up in under three years, this team is now looking to bring on a Senior QA Automation Engineer to help elevate testing standards across their core product.

Location: Krakow, Malopolskie, Poland (Hybrid – remote with quarterly office visits)

Level: Senior

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take a lead role in developing and maintaining high-quality automation test suites (API & UI).
• Work across front-end, backend, and mobile products, including iOS and Android applications.
• Champion test automation in CI/CD pipelines and support a “test-first” culture.
• Build robust frameworks using Java or Python for complex and scalable solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior QA engineers.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to drive product quality.
• Take ownership of testing strategy and sign off on new features.

What You’ll Bring:

• 6–10 years of hands-on QA automation or SDET experience.
• Proficiency with Java and/or Python.
• Strong skills in API and UI test automation.
• Experience with tools like Selenide, Pytest, Playwright, or Cucumber.
• Confident testing native mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes (GitLab or similar).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, page object pattern, and exploratory testing.
