Unity Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AR/VR Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Unity development for VR platforms. You will help build next-generation immersive applications for a medical device that delivers vision testing via a custom VR headset. This is a unique opportunity to apply AR/VR skills in a real-world clinical setting.

Your tasks

• Prototype and develop next-gen VR experiences using Unity3D for custom hardware
• Integrate with AR/VR platforms like Pico, HTC Vive, Oculus, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product owners, and designers
• Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and bugs
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through clean coding and documentation practices
• Support the continuous improvement of development tools and pipelines
• Keep up to date with AR/VR tech trends, especially for medical and enterprise use cases
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of AR/VR/MR application development using Unity3D
• Strong proficiency in C# and/or C++
• Experience with VR rendering, GPU optimization, and OpenXR or platform-specific SDKs
• Solid understanding of 3D math (e.g., linear algebra) and rendering pipelines
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and version control (Git)
• Familiarity with Android development (for deploying Unity builds)
• Familiarity with SolidWorks, AI/ML concepts
• Experience working on real-time 3D applications outside of gaming (e.g., health, industrial)
• Comfortable working across both mobile and desktop VR platforms
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
