WhiteBIT TR is a rapidly growing crypto asset trading platform currently undergoing licensing by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK). As part of our commitment to transparency, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, we are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Internal Auditor to join our Istanbul-based team.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

— Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related disciplines).

— Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal control, risk management, or compliance, preferably within financial institutions.

— Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-departmental teams and projects.

— Proficiency in information systems auditing, IT processes, data analysis, and advanced reporting.

— English language skills (both written and spoken).

— Expertise in MASAK (Financial Crimes Investigation Board) and SPK (Capital Markets Board) regulations.

— Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

— Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver high-quality reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.

— Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology is highly desirable.

— Holding SPL licenses is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

— Design, implement, and monitor the company’s internal control systems to ensure operational efficiency, financial reliability, and regulatory compliance.

— Audit and oversee the company’s processes to ensure alignment with MASAK and SPK regulations, and lead the development of necessary compliance procedures.

— Prepare and present comprehensive internal audit and control reports directly to the Board of Directors.

— Lead the assessment and enhancement of the company’s risk management framework, ensuring the effective identification and mitigation of financial and operational risks.

— Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory changes, providing updates and internal training to maintain company-wide awareness.

— Conduct audits of information systems and IT processes, focusing on system controls, data integrity, and reporting accuracy.

— Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless operational processes and interdepartmental coordination.

— Leverage knowledge in cryptocurrencies and blockchain to address industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
