Senior Marketing Manager - Türkiye (Digital Assets / Web3)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all marketing initiatives for the Turkey region independently
• Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media, community platforms, and growth campaigns
• Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aligned with regional growth goals
• Maintain high standards for all external-facing content, including visuals, messaging, and storytelling
• Analyze campaign performance and user data to refine marketing strategies
• Stay up to date with local trends, cultural insights, and competitor activity to inform content and campaign direction

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in marketing, particularly in digital growth and content creation
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for visual branding
• Fluent in both English and Turkish
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Deep understanding of the Turkish market; experience in crypto or fintech is a strong advantage
• Experience in visual asset design or creative direction is a plus
