Job Description

As a Frontend Web Developer, you will be at the forefront of crafting engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to bring web projects to life. Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with designers to transform visual design prototypes into technical specifications.
• Develop responsive and interactive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs during the development process.
• Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability across various devices.
• Leverage modern frameworks and libraries to improve development efficiency and quality.
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications to improve user experience and performance.
• Implement and adhere to accessibility standards and best practices across web applications.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend elements with server-side logic.
• Monitor trends in UI development and suggest fresh ideas to improve our applications.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards are maintained across all projects.
• Participate in the agile workflow, attending daily stand-ups and contributing to sprint planning.
• Document development processes, code changes, and provide technical support when necessary.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar software development role.
• Proficient in front-end languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git, for collaborative development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Knowledge of web performance tools for optimizing frontend code and design elements.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and feedback.
