YOUR MISSION

The mission of a Data Analyst is to provide in-depth reporting on social media and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with both quantitative and qualitative data metrics and analysis. This position will involve retrieving data and generating granular & global reports using live data. This role is client facing and requires decision-making by analyzing data and providing qualitative insights.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Data collection

• Gather and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify gaps in current reporting systems and collaborate with the Product Owner to define, prioritize, and implement the right features and solutions

Data retrieving & reporting

• Monitor and report live data from social media & financial KPIs both at a global and granular level
• Deliver project reporting to manage the increased volume of reporting requests.
• Work closely with operations and client teams to understand reporting needs, define project goals, and ensure the successful delivery of reporting solutions
• Perfect ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders & clients
• Help develop quarterly business reports, reporting operational topics & financial topics

Data analysis

• Provide qualitative data analysis to support strategic decision-making and help drive program optimization
• Work with cross-functional teams to continuously refine reporting processes and enhance the quality and efficiency of data-driven decision-making
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform decision-making and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for improving data processes and automation.

WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analytics

YOUR SKILLS

• Native English speaker, other languages are a plus
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, especially in social media and financial KPIs.
• Strong proficiency in Google sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights.
• Experience with large datasets and ability to work with complex, granular data.
• Experience managing technical projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
