Help Desk Manager

We are currently recruiting an IT Manager on behalf of a client located in the Greater Toronto Area. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a proactive IT professional seeking to contribute to a dynamic and evolving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters, including diagnosis and resolution of technical issues.
• Provide hands-on technical support to staff (in person and remotely), including setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other equipment.
• Support process automation initiatives across departments.
• Conduct regular maintenance, software/hardware upgrades, and data recovery.
• Manage user accounts, software licenses, and IT assets.
• Document systems and procedures in line with internal standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with external service providers to ensure efficient operations and cybersecurity.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and support.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in an IT-related field with at least 3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive).
• Microsoft Intune experience is required.
• Knowledge of SAN administration (TrueNAS), RMM tools (e.g., NinjaOne, Splashtop), and SentinelOne XDR is an asset.
• Familiarity with hybrid Active Directory environments.
• Experience with HP Aruba Instant ON and Cisco Meraki networking.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a plus.
