Daily Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities- highlighted

Strategy: Program Structure:

· Help structure the overall program approach, including Value-streams org structure, and ensuring there is program-wide visibility and reporting.

· Provide insights and delivery metrics based on the overall program structure.

Community building:

· Engage with Bank groups as the key face of SAFe/AGILE for Bank Clear™.

· Create working groups that help share SAFe/Agile principles and drive “up-skilling” within the Bank Clear™ team.

Impediment Removal:

· Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress by collaborating with other teams or stakeholders.

Metrics and Reporting:

· Review and expand SAFe/AGILE team metrics, such as velocity, CDFs, and burndown charts to assess team performance and find areas for improvement.

· Maintain and expand existing JIRA Structures for automated, real-time program-level reporting

· Enable new ways of looking at the program and standardized approaches that can be used across Bank Clear™.

JIRA/Confluence Ownership/Administration:

· Ownership of Jira and Confluence, inclusive of structure, layout, and access.

· Constructing and updating Jira issue forms, workflows, and engaging with Value-stream to ensure needs are being met while enabling reporting across the program.

· Lead the upcoming migration from enterprise JIRA to JIRA IN A BOX

SAFe/AGILE Coaching:

· Drive out SAFe or similar to govern overall program and drive alignment across product, development and leadership teams.

· Provide guidance and coaching to RTEs/Scrum Masters, Product Owners/Managers, and the development teams, helping them understand and apply SAFe/AGILE principles effectively.

· Assist with PI end Demo material preparations

Managerial Excellence

· This role may not have direct reports, but the ideal candidate has strong influencing skills across tech and non-tech teams

· Be a skilled organizer to set tasks for yourself and the team


Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:

2+ years’ experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master with broad based projects

1-2 years of experience working with SAFe / Scrum methodology

1-2 years of deep technical JIRA experience – especially using JIRA Structures and JIRA Advanced Roadmaps

2+ years of proven experience successfully managing and implementing large scale, high-visibility projects with management of large cross-functional project teams

Proven experience leading large scale, high visibility projects

Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:


Previous BANK or Financial Services experience would be an asset
