Senior Product Designer [UI/UX]

Our client, a Multinational Technology Company, is looking for a #ProductDesigner to join our client's team at a global scale.

This full-time role is based in our Singapore office. 6-months contract role

Responsibilities:

• Drive and lead large-scale design projects, even when the scope is uncertain.
• Translate abstract concepts into user-friendly and practical solutions.
• Simplify intricate tasks by creating streamlined flows and interfaces.
• Innovate visual designs and layouts to enhance established systems.
• Influence strategic planning for the evolution of enterprise products.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to fellow designers and the broader product team to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to develop user experiences from ideation to implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Over 6 years of hands-on experience designing, launching, and leading software or applications that span diverse platforms and deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Expertise in interaction design with the ability to define intuitive behaviors based on user insights while ensuring scalability through effective prototyping.
• Proficiency in visual design, including desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layouts, and iconography, with an understanding of how aesthetics influence functionality.
• Proven capability in guiding a product’s vision, setting objectives, and making impactful decisions that align with the company and user goals.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly and effectively to product teams and other stakeholders.
• Preferred Qualifications: (1) Proven experience designing AI-powered products and creating strategies for AI-driven features. (2) Background in developing enterprise tools and solutions.
