Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Pymble, Upper North Shore
Salary: $85-95k + super (depending on experience)
Contract: Full Time, 12 month FTC with potential of extension
*5 Days on Site
About the Role:
We are delighted to be partnering with a leading independent school in Sydney’s North Shore to recruit a motivated and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a key support role within a small and friendly HR team, focused on delivering a high-quality recruitment experience to prospective staff across the school.
Working closely with the HR and executive teams, you will play an integral part in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and candidate care. This role would suit a strong administrator or early-career HR professional with recruitment coordination experience looking to grow their skills in a meaningful and community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, shortlisting, interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Draft employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation
- Maintain the school’s applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support compliance and screening processes including WWCC and referee checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and excellent candidate experience
- Assist with reporting on recruitment metrics and workforce planning
- Provide general administrative support to the wider HR team as needed
About You
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment processes at once
- Comfortable using HR or recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of safer recruitment and/or education sector compliance is highly regarded
- A qualification in HR, Business or a related field is desirable but not essential
