Agile Coach / SCRUM Master (m/f/d)

Bonrepublic is an HR software platform that combines goals, recognition, development and incentives to motivate and retain employees. We dream of a world in which the development of employees in organizations is systematically promoted and strategically managed. Bonrepublic was founded in 2020 and has already made this dream a reality for employees across Europe. To drive our dream further, we are looking for support for our team of 25 employees in our Vienna office.

As the newest part of the HR WORKS group, we work entrepreneurially in close collaboration with the HR WORKS team. This means for you: you'll be part of a 220-person team, benefit from our interdisciplinary network, and have the opportunity to connect across our four locations in Vienna, Freiburg, Frankfurt, Berlin, and Cologne.

Your Mission

• You guide and coach teams in adopting and improving agile practices and methodologies
• You conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on agile principles and practices
• You identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• You work closely with teams and other stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• You facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• You define and track agile metrics to measure team performance and progress
• You provide mentorship to team members to build agile capabilities
• You stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of agile methodologies
  
  

Your Profile

• You have 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar role within a scaled agile environment
• You possess in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling approaches like SAFe, LeSS, the Spotify Model, or unFIX
• You bring strong coaching and mentoring skills and have the ability to inspire and guide teams towards agile maturity
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively present and justify agile practices and solutions
• You have proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• You demonstrate strong facilitation skills to lead agile ceremonies and workshops
• You have strong analytical skills, allowing you to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
• You are proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus
