We are now hiring a Java Developer to join our team in Brussels and help deliver high-impact solutions for European institutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist Developers with all aspects of software design and coding.
• Participate in development meetings and help with the preparation of meeting minutes.
• Learn the codebase and progressively improve coding skills.
• Manage communications with other project stakeholders.
• Support senior developers with administrative and technical tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic understanding of Java programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of coding standards and development guidelines.
• Software Development Lifecycle: Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence); GitHub; ServiceNow
• Methodology: Project Management: PM² and PM² Agile; Agile Software Development: Kanban & Scrum
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• Teamwork and adaptability in a collaborative environment.
• Respect for deadlines and ability to follow instructions.
