Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager / Business Analyst for a 6-month contract position based in Bornem at a renowned Biotech, with the possibility of extension. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on both analytical tasks and project execution, and who can effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and operational delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in communicating with various stakeholders. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, supporting project delivery, and ensuring all outcomes meet business objectives.

Prior scientific experience or a background in biotech/pharmaceutical environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate data into clear, structured, and actionable insights
• Prepare professional presentations and reports for stakeholders
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress
• Ensure high-quality outputs that align with business goals

Profile & Requirements:

• Solid experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis
• Meticulous attention to detail and a structured working style
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
• Confident presenter with strong interpersonal abilities
• Able to manage tasks independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Onboarding: Full onsite presence required at the start
• Working Model: Hybrid model (2 days onsite per week) after initial onboarding
