Roles & Responsibilities:


About the Role:

We are seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Custom GenAI models and proven AI/ML engineering skills, capable of building, optimizing, and deploying machine learning and GenAI solutions at scale. You will work closely with data scientists, product owners, and engineering teams in a fully onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Custom GenAI models using GCP services.
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to productionize AI/ML solutions.
  • Work on data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline orchestration in the GCP ecosystem.
  • Optimize AI/ML model performance and ensure reliable data flow for analytics.
  • Translate business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest in GenAI and cloud-based AI technologies.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • Generative AI - Strong hands-on experience
  • Custom GenAI - Proven implementation experience
  • AI/ML Engineering - 4+ years
  • Google Cloud (GCP) - 3+ years working with GCP services including BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, etc.
  • German Language -Fluent (C1 or above)

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with tools like Vertex AI, LangChain, or other LLM frameworks.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (Kubeflow, MLflow, CI/CD).
  • Strong Python programming and data transformation skills.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager).
