Automation Test Lead

Summary

• Must be local and be willing to come into the office 3 days a week. Please internally review candidates before submitting.

• Candidate must be comfortable leading and doing manual and automation work.

• Communication skills a must.

• Preferred candidates have hands on automation experience with Selenium/Java and API testing.

• Preferred Other preferred skills of the role: Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases.

• Strong experience performing manual testing

• Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies Retail or Online Store background.

• Good team and people skills Excellent oral/written communication skills

• Able to host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions

• Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

• Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project.

• Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.

• Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors
