We’re partnering with a leading firm in Dublin 2 that’s hiring a HR Coordinator to join their HR Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career across key areas of HR — from performance management to reporting, employee lifecycle, and project support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a varied, fast-paced role offering excellent exposure across the HR function:

🎯 Performance & Promotions

• Support the performance development process, including tracking completion rates and reporting
• Present at scheduled performance training sessions (virtual and in-person)
• Partner with the business on the promotions process, manage the system, and coordinate announcements

🔍 Pre-employment Screening

• Liaise with external screening providers for staff working on specific client sites
• Track progress and keep hiring managers up to date

📊 HR Reporting & Data

• Assist with weekly HR reports and people metrics
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data

💬 General HR Support

• Build strong relationships across internal teams
• Get involved in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as they arise

🎓 About You/Experience required:

• You have a degree ideally in Human Resources
• You have two to three years recent HR experience
• You’re highly organised and love keeping things on track
• You’ve got strong communication skills — both written and verbal
• You have experience dealing with senior stakeholders
• You’re confident with Excel (intermediate to advanced) and comfortable across Microsoft Office
• You’ve a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and a real interest in learning and developing in the HR field
