You’ll work on cross-country reward strategies including job architecture, compensation, variable pay, and recognition programs. In close collaboration with Country Total Rewards Key Account Managers, you’ll improve our C&B offerings and drive impactful projects.
Your role
- Support the design, rollout, and monitoring of reward programs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement by understanding employee and business needs.
- Conduct analysis, research and make data-driven proposals.
- Manage annual reward processes and contribute to global projects.
- Collaborate with Global Business Services on end-to-end process development.
- Coordinate external service providers and track performance.
- Work with C&B experts and stakeholders across functions and borders.
- Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills.
- Proactive, open to change, and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in Business English; other languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
- Open to occasional travel.
