What will you do as a Project Manager – Digital Transformation?

You’ll be at the forefront of HEINEKEN’s EverGreen Strategy, helping us become the world’s best-connected brewer. As part of the HEINEKEN Global Procurement (HGP) team, you'll lead the digital transformation of our procurement systems and processes globally. You’ll act as both Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert, shaping and executing the HGP Digital Strategy. This includes deploying global procurement platforms and ensuring all stakeholders—from our Capability Owners to delivery partners—are aligned and equipped to deliver against the strategy. You’ll work within a team of experienced project professionals, reporting to the Strategic Program Manager for Procurement Enablement.

To succeed in this role, you recognize yourself in the following:

• Proven global project management experience, ideally within Procurement

• A consultancy mindset, ideally within large-scale transformation programs

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures

• A data-driven approach and the ability to translate insights into action

• Demonstrated ability to adapt your style to influence and align cross-functional teams
