RESPONSIBILITIES

• Close cooperation with the payroll service provider
• Maintenance of employee records in accordance with labour legislation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, including documentation related to labor safety rules and CJR Renewables' policies.
• Ensuring consistency in HR and payroll reports
• Provide information support to the employees of CJR Romania
• Preparation of employee`s documentation
• Participation in onboarding and offboarding
• Participation in the recruitment processes
• Running office administration activities independently
• Making short translations of the documentation
• Coordination of contracts with service providers (mobile telephony, company cars)
• Organisational support for CJR Romania employees

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Finance
• Similar experience; min. 3 years in international company
• Language proficiency; Fluent – English ( B1/B2 level as a must) ; local mother tongue
• Ms Office knowledge, mainly excel
• Analytical skills - working with numbers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
