Lead .Net/C# Back End Developer HR Tech (C#/Azure/ Utrecht/90K/No Visa Support)

For an international organisation specialising Human Resource software technology, we are looking for a Lead .Net Back End Developer. The company, founded 15 years ago, has a long successful track record and employs around 35 people in The Netherlands. The product development teams invent, design and realise software solutions in a fast growing user base. These solutions integrate the latest vision in HR-tech, with clients like Nike and Booking.

As a Lead .Net Back End Developer you will be responsible for leading a team of 4-6 Back End Developers and 2 QA-testers. As a Lead you will work with the development team on new features that make the customers happy on a daily basis. You don’t compromise on the quality of the codebase, and you make sure unit testing (TDD) and SOLID principles are at the core of your workflow. You are constantly learning from one another to create code that is flexible, maintainable and free of bugs. You work with the Lead Front End Developer and the frond end team (3 front end devs). You do code reviews, coach your team members, architecture designs, design new features, develop, unit test and ci/cd 3-weekly sprints.

You are:

- Minimum of 7 years work experience as a Back End .Net developer

- Experience as a Lead developer

- Experience with C#/ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL

- Experience with Azure

- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

- Eligible to work in The Netherlands
