Senior 3D Generalist

We have experts spread across publishing, user interface/experience (UI/UX), game design, monetization, user acquisition (UA), creatives, business intelligence (BI), quality assurance (QA), LiveOps, programming, art and game development. We are continually looking to strengthen our team.

Senior 3D Generalist

(hybrid/ remote)

Responsibilities

Creating, modeling, and texturing low-poly 3D graphics and animations for mobile devices.
Optimizing existing 3D assets for performance and quality.
Identifying and resolving technical issues in 3D production.
Designing and implementing UI elements (nice to have).
Preparing 2D graphics and creating 2D animations (nice to have).
Collaborating with other departments to ensure visual and functional consistency.
Applying best practices in game production and asset creation.
Contributing creative ideas and visual improvements to the project.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior or lead 3D role.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, animation, and graphic creation.
Experience in low-poly modeling and texturing for mobile devices.
Comprehensive knowledge of rigging and preparing 3D models for animation.
Strong experience with Blender.
Practical knowledge of the Unity game engine.
Ability to solve technical problems in 3D production.
Familiarity with 2D graphic creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
Solid understanding of game production workflows.
Strong artistic sensibility and high attention to detail.
Excellent eye for aesthetics and ability to create visually compelling assets.
Solid grasp of composition and lighting principles.
Creative mindset, eager to contribute ideas and solutions.
Strong time management skills and efficiency in delivery.

Nice To Have

Experience designing and implementing UI elements.
Experience in 2D animation, particularly with Spine.
