Responsibilities:

• Be a part of a team that enables data driven solutions
• Collect and understand business objectives, data requirements and transform them into valuable insights and analytical solutions
• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets and extract valuable insights
• Write effective, high-quality Python code to solve business problems
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Present and communicate complex outputs to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the industry

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.)
• Master’s or Ph.D. would be a plus
• 4+ years of experience in a data science role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experienced in machine learning and deep learning algorithms and implementation
• Excellent understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, optimization and data mining techniques.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write efficient queries
• Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience or familarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is a big plus
• Experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modelling is a plus
• Experience with version control
• Experience with big data technologies is a plus.
• Experience in working in Agile/Scrum teams
