We’re looking for a passionate and driven AI Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping AI-powered products and will report directly to the Head of AI & Data.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems that power key features like personalized learning paths, content recommendations, and automated assessments.
• Collaborate with engineers, educators, and product managers to bring AI-driven ideas to life.
• Champion AI internally by building intelligent workflows that enhance team productivity—automating content pipelines, improving marketing automation, and delivering data-driven insights.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and research, and lead the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Work with large datasets to extract insights and inform product development.
• Own the full machine learning lifecycle—from data collection and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and monitoring.

What We’re Looking For:

• Confidence to explore bold, unconventional solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A solid engineering background with a degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Langchain.
• A genuine passion for education and belief in the power of technology to transform learning.
