Job Descriptions

• Design, configure, and maintain networks using Fortigate, Cisco, and HP equipment
• Manage and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
• Implement and monitor network security protocols and policies
• Configure and maintain network services, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
• Handle site preparation, staging, rack/stack, and basic config for remote access
• Support deployment and optimization of SD-WAN solutions for branch and multi-cloud connectivity
• Participate in enterprise Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) planning and enforcement, including identity-based access control policies
• Implement and manage Wi-Fi authentication solutions, including 802.1x (RADIUS), WPA2-Enterprise, and captive portal with splash page or QR code integration
• Implement related IT projects with IT team leader, contracting, and implementation including user acceptance testing and user training when needs
• Other tasks and IT duties as assigned by IT team leader

Skills & Competency

• Degree in Information Technology equivalent
• Fluent in English and Mandarin are preferred
• Candidates with at least 3 years and above experience in IT networks or related fields would be preferred
• Knowledge of enterprise wireless authentication mechanisms: 802.1x, RADIUS/NPS, captive portal, and splash page customization
• Experience with Wi-Fi network design and optimization (especially in office or multi-floor environments)
• Familiar with Mac/Windows laptop operation
• Have certain projects implementation and management experience
• Possess good learning, communication and independent problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and implementation (e.g., device posture check, user identity verification)
• Remote support services experience is required
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
