Agile Coach

Pay Range: $75 - $80/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Presentations to senior management.
• Working with technical Hadoop resources.
• Partner with central project management team.
• Hold resources accountable to agreed-to task completion dates.
• Perform hands on training/coaching with teams in all aspects of Lean Agile.
• Lead roles, teams, and leaders to embrace a Lean Agile and learning mindset.
• Provide guidance about how to create and manage an intake process, healthy backlog, and how to facilitate valuable Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders, including external teams, business partners, and other Agile Release Trains/programs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Hadoop, PowerPoint, Training, Coaching
• Ideal candidate will be a strong leader who will be heavily utilizing their Agile Scrum skills as well as Agile Jira tools as part of the day-to-day management to drive out the project deliverables and hold project resources accountable to agreed-to delivery dates
• Excellent PowerPoint, Visio skills are a must.
• Ability to work with teammates across all personalities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience and technical knowledge of Hadoop is required.
• Understanding of Enterprise various project management tools, not limited to:
• CECE
• PPRT
• TPAS
• Remedy
