Job Description
The Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs. This role includes developing workflows, dashboards, and integrations, as well as providing training and technical support to end users. The consultant will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the system supports streamlined processes and delivers strong user experiences.
Key Responibilities
The Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business needs. This role includes developing workflows, dashboards, and integrations, as well as providing training and technical support to end users. The consultant will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the system supports streamlined processes and delivers strong user experiences.
Key Responibilities
- CRM Customisation: Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CRM to support business processes and user requirements
- Workflow & Dashboard Development: Create automated workflows, dashboards, and forms for different user groups
- User Support: Provide day-to-day user assistance, issue resolution, and training across teams
- System Maintenance: Ensure system stability, apply updates, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Integration: Coordinate with developers and IT teams to integrate CRM with other enterprise systems
- Documentation: Maintain system documentation and contribute to CRM best practices
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially in configuration and customization
- Experience developing workflows, dashboards, forms, and business rules
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and data migration processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Ability to support users and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and support
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification is required; Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate certification is preferred
- Applicants currently residing in Qatar and holding a valid QID will be given priority
