Data Analyst

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Data Analyst who not only has strong data analytics skills but also experience with Microsoft Power Platform. You will be involved in the full data lifecycle—from data collection and processing to visualization and automation—and will actively engage with clients, conduct demos, and support solution implementation.

What you'll do:

• Analyze data from various sources (DWH, Data Lake, relational and non-relational databases)
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries
• Develop and maintain data models and data marts
• Create interactive reports using Power BI (Desktop and Service)
• Build business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external services and APIs
• Automate business processes and ensure solution stability
• Gather requirements from clients, conduct presentations and demos
• Support users and prepare technical and functional documentation
• Participate in pre-sales activities and tailor solutions to specific business needs
• Explore and implement new features and best practices in Power BI and Power Platform

What we expect:

• University degree (preferably in a technical or IT-related field)
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or Power Platform development
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse
• Understanding concept of Azure services and experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, etc
• Experience integrating with APIs and external services
• English - B2 level

Skills that will bring you extra points:

• Microsoft Power Platform certification
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience working in international or cross-functional teams
