Manager-Product Management

• 8+ years of proven Product Management experience in a software / product development organization (primary requirement)/ Banks/ NBFC/ FinTech (primary requirement)
• Demonstratedcompetence in creatingcomplex solutions / products while shouldering end to end responsibilities

Retail / Corporate/ Digital banking domain knowledge is an added

• Web technologies & software development process understanding is a plus

Product Strategy

• Set budgets for product realization and drive teams to adhere to the cost planto maintain profitability
• Assist in the commercial evaluation of ecosystem partners and recommend options
• Drive self and team to identify incremental / disruptive improvement for existing products / ideasfor new products through in-person customer research
• Create a business case for product pricing and suggest means to guard the profitability of the product
