Salary: Up to £80.000 DOE

We're seeking highly experienced DevOps Engineers of different seniorities to help architect and scale a robust CI/CD ecosystem across on-premise and cloud (primarily Azure) environments. This is a unique opportunity to drive automation, shape DevOps practices, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives with significant visibility and impact.

If you're passionate about DevOps done right; especially in complex, hybrid Azure environments, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

What you'll do:

• Build and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines with integrated security, quality gates, and full automation.
• Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, with configuration management via Ansible.
• Lead DevOps enablement across teams, with a focus on reusability, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure smooth delivery of applications across Azure and on-premise infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on leadership in troubleshooting, system reliability, and release automation.

What we’re looking for:

• Deep expertise in Azure infrastructure and services (VMs, networking, IAM, DevOps tools).
• Strong background in on-premise infrastructure and hybrid deployments.
• Advanced skills in Terraform, Ansible, and modern CI/CD tooling (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar), containerization, and deployment automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
