Role: Sitecore Fullstack Developer

Location: Australia

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of scalable Sitecore-based web solutions using Sitecore XP 10+.
• Design and build reusable components, templates, and modules following Sitecore Helix principles.
• Develop backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Build interactive and responsive UIs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Integrate Sitecore with external systems like CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), DAMs, and RESTful APIs.
• Implement Sitecore features including personalization, workflows, marketing automation, and xDB analytics.
• Work closely with stakeholders, architects, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and hosting (preferably on Azure PaaS/IaaS).

Technical Skills & Requirements

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on Sitecore CMS (XP 9/10).
• Proficient in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Deep understanding of Sitecore architecture, Helix, SXA, and Sitecore JSS (optional but preferred).
• Skilled in frontend technologies: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and React.js or Angular.
• Experience with Sitecore CLI, Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS), and unicorn/TDS.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, headless CMS implementations, and GraphQL (optional).
• Familiar with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of Sitecore personalization, xConnect, xDB, and Experience Editor.
• Solid experience in database technologies (SQL Server, MongoDB optional).
