Job Title: Cisco Network Engineer (Level 2/3)

Location: One position in the Northern Sydney and the other on the Central Coast, NSW.

Onsite requirement: 3/4 days onsite.

Employment Type: 12 Month (LTA) Contract with high possibility of extension.


NTT Data is seeking two experienced Network Engineers to join our team on a 12-month engagement. These roles are based in Central coast. The successful candidates will provide hands-on support and maintenance of enterprise-level network infrastructure across multiple sites.

This is a dynamic, field-based role requiring adaptability, initiative, and strong technical troubleshooting skills. You’ll be expected to contribute from Day 1 and work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Cisco enterprise-level network infrastructure
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers and switches
  • Manage and support wireless infrastructure, including Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Cisco Prime
  • Operate and troubleshoot Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for identity and access management
  • Maintain and configure Cisco ASA and Firepower firewalls
  • Perform physical hardware tasks such as device installation, replacement, and network cable patching
  • Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues
  • (Optional but advantageous) Basic understanding of VoIP and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven hands-on experience in core networking (Level 2–3)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to work across multiple sites and adapt quickly to new environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team
