We are embarking on an exciting project focused on data democracy, aiming to deliver valuable insights to the business through comprehensive dashboards. As a Medior BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in this initiative, leveraging your expertise in Power BI and Azure to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
• Work (create, modify) with large datasets within Power BI, ensuring efficient data processing and visualization.
• Navigate Tabular Editor with ease to manage and optimize data models.
• Maintain data loads and refreshes using SSMS, Tabular, or REST API.
• Optimize data transformations using Power Query and DAX.
• Implement and manage Incremental Refresh, Query Folding, Deployment Pipelines, and ALM Toolkit.
• Utilize BEX Queries, Analysis for Office (A4O), and Web Intelligence (WEBI) for data reconciliation between BW and Power BI reports.
• Ensure data security through Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).
• Develop Power BI reports – including some of them optimized for smartphones, showcasing strong visualization skills.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience with large datasets in Power BI.
• Proficiency in navigating and using Tabular Editor.
• Strong knowledge of maintaining data loads and refreshes (SSMS, Tabular, REST API).
• Experience in optimizing Power Query and DAX.
• Familiarity with Incremental Refresh, Query Folding, Deployment Pipelines, and ALM Toolkit.
• Experience with BEX Queries, A4O, and WEBI is a significant plus.
• Understanding of RLS and OLS for data security.
• Strong visualization skills and experience in building Power BI reports for smartphones is a significant plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PL-300) are advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
