You will be a key member of the team, working as the bridge between stakeholders, development & customers, overseeing the implementation of the product vision.

Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather, prioritize, and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases. Clear and competent communication is key
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines feature releases, enhancements, and updates over time.
- Backlog Management: Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring that the development team always has a clear understanding of what needs to be built next.
- Release Planning: Work with development teams to plan and execute product releases, coordinating activities and ensuring that releases are on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Product Design: Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces, ensuring that the product provides an exceptional user experience.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats to the product.
- User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback and data to make informed decisions about product improvements and new features.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, marketing, sales, and academy teams to ensure a coordinated approach to product development and delivery.
Qualifications & skills:
- 3 years’+ experience as Product Manager, spanning the entire lifecycle from first idea to shipping product
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct a team of people from various backgrounds, working in an agile framework. A proven track record of motivating and uniting software development, IT operations, UX, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders in the creation of a shared vision
- Solid organisation, project management and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage incoming product requests and feedback, as well as turn ideas & requirements into actionable stories and epochs that your team can use
- Strong understanding/working experience with SaaS business models within B2B, cloud technologies, and software development processes (Agile/Scrum).
- Excellent communication skills to convey product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with user needs.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA.
- Experience within IT-Security and/or Cybersecurity is welcome.
- You have fluency in English (both written and spoken); German is a plus.
