Tower Lead-Python, PowerShell

Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Tools & Automation plays a critical role in overseeing the efficient resolution of escalations, ensuring service delivery aligns with the Statement of Work (SOW), and driving organizational initiatives. This position is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency through automation, ultimately contributing to improved customer satisfaction and revenue generation. (1.) Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Revenue Generation At The Tower Level By Implementing Strategic Initiatives Utilizing Python And Powershell For Automation Of Processes.

2. Ensure Timely Closure Of All Tasks, Escalations, And Crises In Accordance With Agreed Service Level Agreements (Slas) By Leveraging Automation Tools And Scripts Developed In Python And Powershell.

3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports Generated From Automated Systems, Ensuring Accuracy, And Confirming Service Delivery Meets The Standards Outlined In The Sow.

4. Enhance Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Frameworks And Initiatives That Utilize Python And Powershell For Improved Service Delivery And Responsiveness.

5. Implement And Manage The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying Automation Opportunities And Self-Driven Initiatives That Optimize Operational Processes And Reduce Costs.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Python And Powershell For Automation Tasks And Process Improvement.

2. Strong Understanding Of Service Level Agreements (Slas) And Operational Metrics.

3. Excellent Reporting And Validation Skills For Operational Hygiene And Service Delivery.

4. Ability To Develop Frameworks And Initiatives To Enhance Customer Satisfaction.

5. Knowledge Of Profit Improvement Plans And Operational Efficiency Strategies.

Certification
