Senior Project Manager

Project Manager opportunity with a leading media company in Hamburg, you will work across multiple projects between IT & Finance teams, whilst managing relationships both internally and externally.

Your tasks

• Independent management of several complex customer projects for the development and manufacture of implantable medical devices or subcomponents with a variety of internal and external stakeholders

• Direct customer contact: You are the main contact for our customers in the respective project

• Project planning, coordination and monitoring: You ensure that projects are implemented within the defined time and budget and manage project risks adequately

• You manage communication between all stakeholders and create comprehensive status reports including relevant key figures for the project

• Leading, motivating and supporting your project teams to achieve results with the highest customer satisfaction

Your profile

• Completed studies in (industrial) engineering, computer science or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in a similar environment

• Team spirit, leadership qualities and enjoyment of taking on responsibility

• Experience in direct customer contact and in leading interdisciplinary project teams

• Technical understanding to understand typical technical documents and content (drawings, product requirements, specifications)

• Strong communication skills to present complex technical issues, project status, and project risks in a way that is tailored to the respective stakeholders

• Very good knowledge of project management tools, as well as classic and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

• English very good, both written and spoken
