Available vacancy in our office Vilnius: Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis, identify consumer needs, and research competitors.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for new product development.
- Formulate and test hypotheses for new products and product improvements.
- Design and carry out surveys and research initiatives; process and evaluate questionnaire data.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine product concepts.
- Oversee product development and testing processes to ensure alignment with defined expectations.
- Prepare for new product launches, including positioning strategies, training materials, and presentations.
- Participate in field testing activities, including night-time testing when required.
- Provide support to customers and partners through product demonstrations, consultations, training sessions, and exhibition participation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required; education related to optics or optical technologies is considered an advantage.
- 2+ years of work experience in sales, marketing, product management, customer service (experience in the outdoor and hunting industries would be an advantage).
- Experience working with technically complex products — optics, electronics, night vision devices.
- Ability to clearly formulate and communicate ideas, public speaking skills.
- High level of analytical skills, ability to process and systematize information.
- Ability to present, teach, negotiate, speak at exhibitions and seminars.
- Hunting and sport shooting experience is a plus. Having a hunting license and a firearm permit is a bonus.
Language requirements:
- Lithuanian at least B2
- English at least B2
- Russian at least B2

- Salary from 3900 to 4900 EUR (with monthly bonus included) before taxes.
