We’re seeking a Senior Developer to join our core engineering team. You’ll work across the full software lifecycle—from architecture and design to deployment and optimization—on projects that directly shape our product vision and deliver value to our clients.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll help set technical direction, mentor peers, and push for high standards in both code and collaboration. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and enjoys tackling complex, data-intensive challenges.

• Design and implement scalable backend and/or full-stack systems
• Participate in critical architecture decisions
• Collaborate closely with product and data teams to deliver user-focused solutions
• Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD best practices
• Stay ahead of trends in data engineering, ML, and software architecture
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning

• 5+ years of experience in software development (Node.js preferred, Go, or similar)
• Proven ability to work autonomously in an async team
• Strong backend expertise; frontend (Angular) is a plus
• Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• A product mindset and appreciation for clean, maintainable code
• Proficiency with cloud platforms is a plus
• Fluency in at least French or English

• Experience in analytics, machine learning, or AI workflows
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
• Background in working with startups or fast-growing environments
