Our solution, GRADIENT Perceptive AI, is a no-code, plug-and-play optimization tool that helps data centers operate more efficiently, sustainably, and cost-effectively. Already in use across the globe, GRADIENT has saved tens of thousands of GWh in energy. And we’re just getting started!

As we scale up, we’re looking for a collaborative Full Stack Engineer to help expand GRADIENT’s reach and drive impactful change in how the world powers digital life.

🚀 Your impact zone

You’ll join a small development team during an exciting scale-up phase, where your contributions will directly shape the future of sustainable digital infrastructure. As a Full Stack Engineer at Coolgradient, you’ll help us evolve GRADIENT Perceptive AI into an even more powerful, intuitive, and globally impactful solution. You’ll work end-to-end on features that span front-end dashboards to backend services, collaborating with a cross-functional team of a product manager, a UX designer, and fellow engineers.

This role is ideal for individuals who finds energy in solving complex technical problems, building features, and staying close to the code. You’ll have space to dive deep, refine your craft, and focus on the engineering itself.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack product features using TypeScript, React, Fastify, Vite, and OLAP/OLTP databases such as Snowflake.
• Improve and support existing features using tools like Sequelize ORM (v7 alpha), Plotly for data visualizations, and TailwindCSS for styling.
• Partner with product and design teams to translate complex technical data into accessible, engaging user experiences.
• Participate in Agile sprints and planning, contributing to lean, fast iteration cycles.
• Document code, contribute to GitHub workflows, perform code reviews, and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Take ownership of features and components, focusing on system stability, user experience, and timely delivery.

• Around 5 years of professional experience (or equivalent) in software development, ideally in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and/or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of database design and management; experience with Snowflake or similar OLAP solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Fastify, Vite, Sequelize ORM, Docker, AWS, and Stytch Authentication.
• Comfort working with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Plotly.
• A user-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Experience working on SaaS applications in production environments.
