Java/Vuejs fullstack developer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Your Profile & DNA:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in both front-end and back-end development to join our dynamic team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Vue.js.
• Building reusable Vue.js components and libraries.
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimizing front-end applications for performance and scalability.
• Integrating front-end applications with back-end APIs.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance back-end systems using Java (specifically Java 17) and Spring Boot.
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs and potentially microservices.
• Working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and potentially NoSQL databases.
• Implementing robust security measures for back-end systems.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Front-End: Strong proficiency in Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ideally TypeScript. Knowledge of responsive design principles.
• Back-End: Strong proficiency in Java 17, Spring, Spring Boot, and ideally Hibernate/JPA. Experience in building RESTful APIs.
• General: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of software development methodologies.
