We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the implementation and migration of technical data exchanges between internal entities and external partners.

In this role, you will coordinate the setup of file exchange and messaging solutions while ensuring a comprehensive understanding of technical environments, middleware systems, and security requirements.

Responsibilities


  • Manage projects focused on establishing technical data transfer links such as file exchanges and MQ messaging
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal IT teams (infrastructure, security, middleware, network) and external stakeholders, including service providers and customers
  • Lead scoping sessions, follow-ups, and technical review meetings with internal and external participants
  • Create and oversee project plans, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with high quality
  • Handle change requests and assess their impact on production environments
  • Provide support and guidance to middleware administration teams on technical implementations and decisions
  • Evaluate and challenge technical proposals related to file transfer, MQ messaging, and network solutions
  • Communicate effectively with systems, network, and security engineers to ensure alignment and understanding
  • Integrate guidelines from CISO and technical architecture teams into project implementations
  • Validate proposed technical solutions to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Participate in architecture and security committees as needed


Requirements


  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management
  • At least 2 years of experience in roles such as Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a team of 5 or more employees
  • Participation in a minimum of 2 full project cycles or experience covering multiple phases of the development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of transfer protocols such as PeSIT, SFTP, FTPS, and HTTPS
  • Experience working with middleware tools such as Axway CFT, Axway Secure Transport, IBM MQ, and APIs
  • Understanding of data encryption methods like PGP/GPG
  • Familiarity with channel encryption technologies such as TLS and SSH
  • Strong understanding of network topologies, firewalls (IP scopes, ranges), and leased lines
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level or higher
