🛡️💼 Your Role as a Security & Compliance Graduate

As a Security & Compliance Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

🔐 Information Security and Risk Management

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of information security practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess security risks and vulnerabilities
• Help develop and implement controls to mitigate those risks

📋 Compliance Management

• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and best practices
• Monitor adherence to security policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Support security audits and help close compliance gaps

🚨 Security Incident Response

• Assist in the creation and execution of incident response plans
• Investigate security incidents, assess impact, and coordinate actions
• Participate in post-incident reviews to improve future responses

🤖 Programming and Automation

• Use programming and automation knowledge to improve security processes
• Develop tools/scripts to automate tasks and enhance monitoring capabilities

🧠 Cybersecurity Awareness and Training

• Help design and deliver cybersecurity training programs
• Educate employees to foster a security-conscious culture 🧑‍🏫

🚀 What Will Make You a Great Security & Compliance Graduate?

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technologies, or similar

📚 A Master’s in Cybersecurity is a plus

🛡️ 1–2 years of experience in Information Security or Risk Management

💻 Programming and automation skills are a plus

🔐 Passion for cybersecurity and technology

📊 Analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision making

🌍 Willingness to gain experience in a global, virtual environment

🗣️ Excellent English communication skills (written and oral). Other languages are a plus

🎤 Strong storytelling and presentation skills with stakeholders, including senior leadership
