Senior Software Engineer (VB.Net / C#)

My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Senior Software Developer to join the team. This role will be working on a hybrid model.

The Senior Software Developer will have a min of 5 years experience in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities

• You will programme, debug, and document complex software applications
• You will develop and implement web-based solutions
• You will work with manager & teammates to build accurate estimates for assigned business support & project support development tasks, delivering reliable, reusable & supportable software on time and on-budget
• You will serve as a subject matter expert for the application supported, with deep understanding of integration with the technical infrastructure
• Performing other duties as assigned

Experience Required

• A min of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• VB .Net for windows desktop and C#
• ASP and/or Xamarin for multi-platform mobile development
• SQL Server
• GIT and version management
• Some experience with building & utilising APIs would be ideal

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Maui is nice to have
• Previous experience within Retail, Manufacturing or Healthcare is a nice to have
• Mobile Development

Educational Requirements
