Junior AI Engineer

We are looking for a "Junior AI Engineer" to work in the Istanbul/Ataşehir location of our business partner, which operates in the Technology sector for which we provide consultancy.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team working on our internal exciting projects: developing cutting-edge AI orchestration middleware and agent marketplace solutions for SMEs and large enterprises, and advancing our R&D initiative in sound recognition and audio processing. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in AI while working on diverse, innovative projects.

General Qualifications

• Recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics or related field
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Programming proficiency in Python, with experience in relevant AI libraries
• Understanding of software development principles and version control (Git)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker)
• Basic understanding of audio processing and signal processing concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
• Experience with API development and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with AI model deployment and MLOps practices
• Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable architecture
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for full-stack development
• Understanding of business process automation
• Experience with audio processing libraries (librosa, scipy)
• Knowledge of signal processing and spectral analysis

Job Description

• Develop and optimize AI orchestration middleware for seamless integration across diverse business environments
• Contribute to the design and implementation of our AI agent marketplace platform
• Collaborate with senior engineers to build scalable AI solutions for SME and enterprise clients
• Assist in developing AI models for sound recognition and audio pattern analysis
• Work on audio processing algorithms and sound classification systems
• Participate in R&D projects involving advanced audio AI applications
• Assist in API development and integration for AI service orchestration
• Participate in testing, debugging, and performance optimization of AI systems
• Research and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks
• Support client integration and provide technical assistance
