Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of data privacy strategies.
• Preparing and keeping up-to-date the information security documentation (policy, guidelines, procedures, etc).
• Ensure full compliance with GDPR, KVKK, and other relevant data protection regulations.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments and internal trainings.
• Supporting the management and implementation of projects and giving information security review in order to ensure the acceptable risk levels and compliant solutions.
• Promote a strong privacy-first culture across the company.
• Supporting the business in order to manage the risks generated by third parties.
• Preparing the related reports on defined security metrics.
• Supporting the ISO27001, ISO27701, 22301, NIST 2.0, PCI DSS and KVKK compliance studies and the projects implemented within this scope.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including legal, IT, and security.

Requirements:

• Preferably have 4 or more years of experience in the area.
• Proficiency in developing information security documentation (policy, guidelines, procedures, etc).
• Proven records of executing programs that meet the objectives of excellence in a dynamic environment.
• Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations.
• Being a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Having project management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as, ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and KVKK.
• Having ISO 27001 certificate is a must.
• Having relevant certifications such as CISA, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, ISO 31000 is a plus.
