Process and Compliance Executive

We are looking for a “Process and Compliance Executive” to be assigned to Planning & Process Management Team Lead.

Responsibilities;

• Defining and managing the company's and customers' compliance with procedures and processes within the scope of PCI-DSS, BRSA, ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27017, ISO 10002, ISO/IEC 20000-1 principles, following the developments and reporting,
• Guiding the Operations team regarding the processes within the scope of ITIL Service Management Methodology regulations, informing them about updates in the regulations, reporting and defining innovations,
• To identify and report Information Security risks of the company and customers,
• To make developments and improvements in line with Quality Control Processes and Requirements,
• Determining the actions to be taken as a result of customer satisfaction surveys, sharing them with GlassHouse management, and monitoring the timely and complete completion of the agreed actions,
• Representing the operation team in audit studies coming from customers and competent authorities and being responsible for making the relevant preparations.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree,
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in information security or related fields,
• Knowledge and experience in risk assessment methodologies, IT and Management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001/27002, ISO 22301, BRSA, PCI/DSS, KVKK, COBIT, ITIL,
• Possessing at least one of the industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO/IEC 27001 or other relevant certifications,
• Solid knowledge of security principles and practices,
• Familiarity with vulnerability management and threat management practices,
• Proven experience developing security policies, conducting risk assessments and managing compliance frameworks,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
