Analyst – Performance and Analytics

Job Purpose

To support the development and implementation of Modon's corporate performance management and data analytics initiatives. This role will focus on gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Manager – Performance & Analytics.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance management.

Competencies

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL; familiarity with Python or Tableau is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable format.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong sense of discretion and integrity when handling confidential data.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties

• Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating business and operational performance.
• Analyze data from various internal and external sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in automation initiatives for data collection and reporting in collaboration with the Digital & IT team.
• Support the development of forecasting models and data-driven decision support tools.
• Prepare presentations and data-driven insights for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with departments including finance, operations, and IT to integrate data analysis into business operations.
• Stay updated with analytics best practices and tools to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data used for analysis and reporting.
