Information Technology Manager

Our client is looking for an individual with a background in Consulting to join their team as an IT Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the IT department, managing a team of IT professionals and setting departmental objectives.
• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Consult and collaborate with various department heads to assess and address their IT needs and challenges.
• Manage and execute IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure and data from cyber threats, including implementing robust cybersecurity measures and policies.
• Lead the digital transformation initiatives, promoting the adoption of new technologies that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Manage the IT budget, making cost-effective decisions regarding IT expenditures.
• Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance when necessary.
• Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential benefits to the organization.
• Foster a positive work environment and support the professional development of IT staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a consulting firm.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading large-scale IT projects.
• Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
